Implanon!

Wednesday, 28 December, 2011 is the date! My appointment with doctor for insertion implanon. What is implanon? Implanon is a long-acting reversible contraceptive. It is shaped like a tiny rod which is inserted just under the skin at the inside of your upper arm.

Why I'd choose to use implanon? Its because I want a tolerable, effective, and easily reversible method of contraception. Its also quick and easy to insert and remove. So now I'm protected from pregnancy for up to 3 years.. :)

6 Months Old!

Time passes so quickly. My baby is 6 months old today! I already gave her a plain porridge. First trying, her face looks strange when I feed porridge. Probably because the porridge was tasteless compared to what I gave her cereal before. But she managed to finish it, until she seemed want to vomit..haha.. So funny to look at her face for finish her breakfast.. :)

5 Months Old!

Our precious Alisha Adriana is 5 months old today! Guess what?? She's able to follow my instructions!! On two days ago, first time she clap her hand when I told her to do that. I just say 'clap, clap, clap' then she clap her hand. So amazing! She's really great!

Actually I'd teach her using flashcards since she was 3 months++ old. So I just spend one month to make my teaching work, even she just can understand one word. 'Clap' is her first word. So amazing to know that my lovely daughter is very clever! Mummy love you baby! ♥

One more new thing about my baby is she already have her 1st solid foods one day before she's going into 5 months! We can't waiting until six months to introduce solid foods to her because we believe that our baby is ready to starts solids but just in two teaspoons of cereal per day based on our discussion with our pediatrician.

4 Months Old!

Alisha Adriana is 4 months old today! She makes us surprised with her new skill. Guess what? She's able to roll over from her back to her front! We are so excited to watch that! Her daddy push her to move side then she will rolling over quickly. He do that because he can't wait to see her daughter roll over by herself..hehe..

When she wake up on the morning, she immediately rolling over from her back to her front! So funny to see her with her new skill. Maybe she also excited like her mummy and daddy.. :)

1 - 3 Months Old!

My sweet little girl is 3 Month Old, 3rd Weeks today! I cannot get over how fast this all goes! It makes me sad that she is growing up but at the same time I am so excited for the things to come! She makes me laugh every single day. She seems to have a personality already and I am loving be her mom! She smiles all the time.

She's Here!!!

Its been so long since I've written! I cannot believe I have been a mom for three months now! I've been wanting to post before now but I'm too busy. I'll try to recap everything that I remember about Alisha Adriana's birth.. :)

We went to Hospital Kemaman on June 17th at 5:00am because I'm having contractions and had a bit mark brown blood. When they check, my aperture is just 1cm. So we going back and waiting for my water bag breaks.

At 6:00am my water bag was leaking! So we go back to the hospital and I'd to stay in the ward. The nurse checked my aperture and it still 1cm. She also checked my baby's heartbeat for half an hour. Then she bring me to the ward. My hubby have to leave me and I'm in pain alone.. :(

My back was really starting to hurt and my contractions weren't unbearable. I'm so sleepy but I can't sleep because of this painful. My contractions were 4 to 5 minutes apart. I also have no energy because I had no appetite to eat and I vomited twice.

Around 3pm I had 3cm aperture. My contractions were 2 to 3 minutes apart. Its so painful and like I can't stand anymore. The nurse checked me and told me that my cervix was thin but Alisha's head wasn't engaging. At 6pm my aperture was 4cm and they bring me to the labor room.

They checked my baby's heartbeat for more than an hour. I was told to stay in my position and can't move, so that the baby's heartbeat chart will not been affected. Around 8pm, my husband accompany me in the labor room. My contractions were 1 to 2 minutes apart. I pull my hair and I bite my husband's hand to hold the pain. I don't know how to describe my painful, its really hurt me, only Allah knows. However, my husband tried to comfort me and hold my hand. Thanks so much my love... :)

At about 9:25 pm the nurse checked me and told me that her head had dropped and that it would be a vaginal birth after all. I struggled half an hour to have Alisha. I was in the worst pain of my life. At 9:53 pm, I heard the doctor say "here she is" and Alisha cried. It was quite possibly the sweetest moment of my life to hear her sweet little squeaks. The doctor bring her over to me and I got to kiss my little girl. Alisha was 2.76 kg and her height is 54 cm.

I have never in my life been happier. I love this family God has blessed us. I held that sweet little swollen baby in my arms and my heart swelled with love. I stared at my little angel and thanked Allah for her. Alhamdulillah everything is fine.. :) Now I'll just post my little girl picture.

Fly...

14th April 2011, I was 29weeks. So I need a letter from doctor to fly. Our flight from Kuching to Kuala Lumpur was at 14:30. Alhamdulillah we arrived in KL at 16:10 and my dad pick up us at LCCT. Then we back to Kemaman. Around 11 o'clock we arrived in Kemaman.

My hubby just spend time with me here for a week. Then he need to go back to Kuching. The time running so fast. On 24th April 2011, he fly from Kuantan to KL at 10:10. Then at 15:30 he fly from KL to Kuching. Alhamdulillah he arrived safely at our home at 18:00.

So our life separately is begin. It's really hard for us. I really sad when he's not with me and so with him. But we can't do anything. We have to be strong...
I'm waiting for you my love back on 26th May 2011.. Can't wait!!! :(

5th Check-Up.. Last check-up at Srwk..

Monday, 11st April 2011, I'm at KK at 9.00 a.m. As usual my hubby send me there. Today, to many people here. My number is 52, but number on the screen is 14. Then I realize that I've to wait for long time.

OMG! My weight decrease?? Am I misheard? Or the nurse error check? Ok, they make double check as I told. 1st check is 53.1kg, then 2nd check is 53.7kg. Not too much different right? But it's true that my weight was decrease than last month! It decrease about 2.8-3kg..

Ok, now is about my HB. Guess what? It also decrease than last month. But just decrease 0.01%, it is 12.1%. Then nurse told me that my baby is inversely. But it's not danger because it's too early, I'm just 29 weeks pregnant. So my baby's position can be reverse.

Around 10.45 a.m, I'm waiting to see doctor. I'm waiting and waiting until 12.00 p.m. Too tired waiting for long time just to get letter to fly.. :(

Ok, done. Alhamdulillah..

4th Check-Up

Alhamdulillah just finish my check-up at KK for today. The next check-up will be on 11st April 2011. Today was not too crowded like last month. I arrived at 9.00 a.m and back home at 9.40 a.m.

My weight was 56.5 kg, which is increased 2.5 kg from last month. However, my Hb test is 12.2% and it was decreased 0.01% than last month. I also heard my baby heartbeat. Alhamdulillah my baby heartbeat is good.

Now I'm 25 weeks pregnant (5 months ++). About 105 days to go. Anyway hope everything is fine. Pray for us.. :)

It's My Birthday!

I was born on 21st February 1986. On my 22weeks pregnant, 21st February 2011, I was 25 years old. It's my birthday! :)

It does not mean I'm old already. I'm still young ok.. :)

Best things on my birthday is I got special present from my beloved hubby. We celebrate at SCR Kuching and enjoy our BBQ chicken chop. Delicious!

The gifts? It is not so big but so meaningful to me. Anyway very much thanks to my dear! I love you so much bb!!! Mmmuuahhhh!!!

With Love

It was heavy rainy on 26th February 2011. But it did not break my intention to have photoshoot on that day. Many challenges that we face in our journey to destination. We can't move, until our photographer pick up us somewhere. Alhamdulillah..

Our first location is at Old Court, Kuching. It just simple place & suitable for us because my husband did not like to have photoshoot with crowded of people. Actually my husband does not want to have this photoshoot because he is a bit shy to acting like a 'model', but i forced him & it work out :)

Then, next location is at Reservior Park, Kuching. It is a nice place to have romantic photoshoot for lovely couple like us :) Rain still falling but in slightly. We still continue our photoshoot. After have few of photoshoot, then we both feel so tired and it was 1 p.m already. My tummy said "time to have lunch".. :)

Alhamdulillah, our photoshoot is DONE! Thanks to our photographer. Also big thanks to my lovely hubby for realizing my dream. Love you so much BB! :)

3rd Check-Up

I'm 21st weeks today. It was my 3rd appointment at KK. As usual, my hubby send me there at 9.00 a.m. Oh my God! My number is 54, but the number on the screen is just 12?? So crowded inside here. Then I realize I'll be waiting for long time.. :(

Around 11 o'clock was my turn. Then I enter room 12. As usual, nurse test my urine and took my weight. Now I'm 54 kg, 2.8 kg increased than last month. Then, nurse check my baby heartbeat. For the second time I heard my baby heartbeat.. :)

After that, I took Hb test. It was 12.3 %, same with the last month. Then I went to room 14 to get 2nd vaccine injection. Alhamdulillah everything is fine. My next appointment is on 14 Mac 2011.

Just want to show my tummy on my 19 weeks pregnancy :)

Ultrasound Scan

Last Saturday (22nd January 2011) was my 1st ultrasound scan at private healthcare. My husband and I were so EXCITED to see our baby. Actually our main purpose of the scan is to check that our baby is growing and developing normally.

The doctor put some gel on my tummy and he move a small hand-held transducer over my skin to get views of the baby. He examine our baby to see if all the organs have developed normally. Then we see our baby's heartbeat. So now we know that I'm pregnant with one baby.. :)

The doctor also told us accurately date of my pregnancy by measuring our baby. My EDD is on 27th June 2011, and our baby is 17 weeks 5 days. Actually the doctor want to find out the baby's sex but our baby is lying in an awkward position, so it is difficult to tell. But it's OK, maybe our baby is shame.. :)

For me, ultrasound scan gives us the first glimpse of our baby. It also give useful and reliable information about my pregnancy, and I found them enjoyable and reassuring. I will keep a printout of my baby as a keepsake.. :)

2nd Check-Up..

Today is my 2nd appointment at KK. My hubby send me there at 9.00 a.m. I'm waiting around 15 minutes for my turn. No. 38 room 11, I'm coming.. :)

They tested my urine and measure my weight. Now I'm 51.2 kg, increased 0.9 kg from last month. Then they check baby heartbeat. I'm so exited when heard my baby heartbeat. So cute.. :)

After that I've been told to go to room 6A to take Hb test. Alhamdulillah my Hb is 12.3 gm%. But lower than last month.. :(

So my mission now is to increase it before my next appointment on 14th February 2011. Don't be lazy to take medication and drink milk OK! Good luck! :)
